These Terms govern your use of Filedeck, a hosted file delivery service operated by NORDLANE DIGITAL S.R.L. ("Filedeck", "we", "us", or "our").

## Accounts

You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, passwords, and the files or links you create. You must provide accurate billing and contact information when using paid plans.

## Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, illegal content, infringing material, or content intended to harm others. Filedeck may suspend access to content or accounts that appear abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.

## Payments and plans

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled. Storage limits, features, and prices may change with reasonable notice.

## Service availability

We work to keep Filedeck reliable, but no hosted service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages may affect access.
